They bake with golden edges and chewy centers, offering a bakery-style treat made right at home. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or whenever you want a cookie that tastes like pure sweetness and comfort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Cream the Butter and Sugars: Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and combine.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and cranberries.
  6. Chill (Optional): Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  7. Scoop: Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing each cookie 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  9. Cool: Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

Chill the dough for thicker cookies. Press extra white chocolate chips on top right after baking for a bakery look. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
