These White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with sweet white chocolate chips and tart dried cranberries. Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions
- Cream Butter & Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy.
- Add Egg & Vanilla: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine: Add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in Mix-Ins: Stir in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Save a few for pressing on top.
- Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to help the cookies bake thicker and softer.
- Preheat: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape: Scoop cookie dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Press extra white chocolate chips and cranberries on top.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges turn lightly golden but centers still look soft.
- Cool: Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
For the softest cookies, avoid overbaking—take them out when the centers still look slightly underdone. Chilling prevents spreading and creates thicker, bakery-style cookies. Add orange zest for a citrus twist or swap white chocolate for dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
