Ingredients
- 2 cups banana pepper rings (fresh or jarred, drained and patted dry)

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or crushed pork rinds for low carb)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or light oil for misting
Instructions
- Prep the Peppers: If using fresh banana peppers, wash and slice into rings. If using jarred peppers, drain and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Set Up Breading Station: Arrange three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bread the Peppers: Dip each ring into flour, then egg, and finally coat in breadcrumb mixture. Set aside on a plate.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
