Instructions

  2. Roll the Pastry: Roll out puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Place the sausage filling in a line down the pastry’s center. Fold the pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
  4. Cut and Glaze: Cut the long roll into smaller sausage rolls and make a few slits on top. Brush with egg wash.
