  • 1 small wheel brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam (raspberry, cranberry, fig, or apricot)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oven and Pan: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cut the Puff Pastry: Lightly flour your surface. Unfold the thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 equal squares. Press each square gently into a mini muffin cup.
  3. Add the Brie: Place one cube of brie into each puff pastry cup.
  4. Add Jam: Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of jam over the brie.
  5. Add Nuts: Sprinkle chopped nuts over each bite.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
