Ingredients

2 flatbreads or naan

2 ripe pears, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the flatbreads on a lined baking sheet.

Brush each flatbread with olive oil.

Layer with sliced pears.

Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese over the pears.

Add walnuts and fresh thyme if using.
