Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved, pitted, and sliced into half moons
  • 1 (8-ounce) ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the produce: Rinse the tomatoes, peaches, and basil. Pat dry.
  2. Slice the ingredients: Thinly slice the tomatoes, peaches, and mozzarella into even rounds or half moons.
  3. Layer the salad: On a platter, alternate slices of tomato, peach, and mozzarella. Tuck basil leaves between layers.
  4. Drizzle and season: Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with flaked salt.

Notes
