Description
This No Bake Pecan Pie Dip is a creamy, sweet, and nutty dessert that tastes just like pecan pie—without the oven. With a fluffy cream cheese base and caramelized pecan topping, it’s perfect for fall gatherings, holidays, or anytime you want a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (light or regular)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Optional: caramel sauce drizzle
Instructions
- Make the Creamy Base: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix again. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
- Prepare the Pecan Topping: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add pecans and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until coated and slightly toasted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble the Dip: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a serving dish. Spoon the pecan topping over the base. Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pair with graham crackers, apple slices, vanilla wafers, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Let the pecan topping cool before spreading to avoid melting the cream layer. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
