Description

This No-Bake Cheesecake Flag Cake is a colorful, creamy dessert that’s festive, fast, and fun to make—perfect for summer holidays or anytime you want to impress without turning on the oven. With a buttery graham cracker crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, and a patriotic fruit topping, it’s a family-friendly favorite you can chill and serve in just a few hours.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed vanilla wafers)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries (or raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Spread the Filling: Remove the crust from the fridge and evenly spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Decorate with Berries: In the top left corner, place blueberries to form the “stars” of the flag. Arrange sliced strawberries in horizontal rows to create the “stripes.”
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

To avoid a soggy crust, dry your berries with a paper towel before placing them on the cheesecake. You can make the crust and filling ahead of time and decorate just before serving. For a fun twist, try using different fruits or make mini flag cakes in mason jars.
