- Mustard or honey mustard, for dipping
Mustard Dip:
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prep the Puff Pastry: Place the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Wrap the Sausages: Wrap each mini sausage with one strip of puff pastry, gently sealing the ends.
- Shape the Wreath: Arrange the wrapped sausages in a circular wreath shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush and Season: Brush the tops with egg wash, then sprinkle sesame seeds and coarse salt.
- Bake: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
- Mix the Mustard Dip: Stir together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve: Place the dip in the center of the wreath, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm.
