  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

 

  • Prepare the Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder. Set aside.

  • Toast the Bread (Optional):

    • Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise, keeping it attached at the back.

    • Lightly toast under a broiler or in a skillet until slightly crisp.

  • Layer the Meats and Cheese:

    • On the bottom half of the bread, layer salami, capicola, and mortadella.

    • Add the provolone cheese over the meats.

  • Add the Veggies:
