Creamy Chicken Sausage Pasta

- 4 Italian chicken sausages, sliced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and cook until tender.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
