Instructions

  2. Prepare Chocolate Filling: Heat cream in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour into cooled crust.
  3. Add Marshmallows: Arrange marshmallows over the chocolate layer, covering the surface completely.
  4. Bake: Return pie to oven for 10–12 minutes until marshmallows puff and turn golden. For extra toasting, broil 1–2 minutes while watching closely.
