Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 4–6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup smoked gouda or cheddar (optional variation)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven: Heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats up to ensure a crispy crust.

Notes
