Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-grain or high-protein bread
- 6 oz cooked turkey breast slices (or chicken)
- 2 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (for toasting)
- Handful of baby spinach or arugula (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your pan or sandwich press: Heat it over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or butter.
- Prepare the bread: Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the Brie and turkey: Place Brie slices and turkey on one slice of bread. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add greens (optional): Top with a small handful of spinach or arugula for freshness.
