  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the Cheese: Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Make the Dough: Add almond flour, egg, garlic, and salt to the melted cheese. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Cook: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
