Ingredients

- 12 dinner rolls (preferably Hawaiian rolls)
- 6 ounces deli ham (thinly sliced)
- 6 ounces roast pork (sliced or shredded)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 pickle slices
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (or Dijon mustard)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Slice the Rolls:
- Keep the rolls connected and slice them in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
3️⃣ Spread the Mustard:
- Evenly spread yellow mustard on the bottom half of the rolls.
4️⃣ Layer the Meat & Cheese:
- Add deli ham and roast pork evenly over the mustard.
- Lay Swiss cheese slices on top of the meat.
5️⃣ Add Pickles & Top Rolls:
- Place pickle slices over the cheese.
- Put the top half of the rolls back on.
6️⃣ Brush with Butter:
- Melt butter and brush it over the top of the rolls.
7️⃣ Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes to get a golden top.
8️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
- Let cool slightly, then cut into individual sliders and serve warm!
