- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
Instructions
- Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into 9-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 min.
- Chocolate: Melt white chocolate with cream until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and chocolate.
- Bake: Pour onto crust. Bake at 325°F for 50-60 min. Chill 4 hours.
- Topping: Roast berries with sugar and zest at 400°F for 20 min.
- Serve: Top chilled cake with berries.
