Ingredients

- Frosting:

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra sprinkles or raspberries for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars: In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add wet ingredients: Mix in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in fun: Gently stir in rainbow sprinkles and optional white chocolate chips.
