Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment or grease lightly.
- Make the Blondie Batter: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Add the flour and salt, stirring until just combined—don’t overmix!
- Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until it looks like thick, wet sand.
- Assemble: Spread the blondie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the top, then gently swirl with a knife to create ribbons.
