These Chocolate Tiramisu Bombs are rich, bite-sized tiramisu truffles coated in smooth chocolate and packed with a creamy mascarpone center. No baking needed, and full of indulgent coffee and cocoa flavor—perfect for holidays, parties, or late-night cravings.

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese as a substitute)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (or strong brewed coffee, reduced)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ladyfingers (or graham crackers)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or milk/white chocolate)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, espresso powder, and vanilla until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of crushed ladyfingers to thicken slightly.
- Form the Balls: Mix in the remaining crushed ladyfingers until a soft dough forms. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill: Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes so they firm up before dipping.
- Prepare the Coating: In a small saucepan or microwave, heat the dark chocolate and cream together until melted and smooth. Stir well.
- Dip and Decorate: Using a fork, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and place it back on the tray. Dust with cocoa powder while still wet.
- Set and Serve: Let the chocolate coating harden in the fridge for another 10–15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store the tiramisu bombs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze before coating for up to a month. For a twist, add a splash of coffee liqueur or fold in mini chocolate chips into the filling.
