1 cup fresh blackberries

-
A handful of fresh basil leaves

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating. -

Spread the Cheese
Use a spoon to evenly spread the ricotta mixture over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border. -
Add Toppings
Scatter fresh blackberries over the ricotta. If using, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top for extra gooeyness. Drizzle with honey. -
Bake the Pizza
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. -
Add Fresh Basil & Glaze
Once out of the oven, top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and/or extra honey. -
