A quick, low-carb, and flavorful crustless quiche packed with crispy bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and fluffy eggs. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. Easy to make, full of protein, and great for meal prep.
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or cooking spray (for greasing the dish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in chopped bacon and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding sautéed onions, mushrooms, or spinach.
Substitute turkey bacon or plant-based bacon if desired.
You can prepare the mixture ahead of time and store it covered in the fridge overnight.
Great for freezing—wrap individual slices in plastic and reheat as needed.
